Couldn’t Stop Laughing! | Mooresville, NC Lake Norman Family Photographer

I had so much fun photographing the McC family this morning… including their 4 rescue/adopted pups!  They were so funny, sweet, warm and inviting… well the pups tried to run me off at first but after that it was smooth sailing HA!  I hope they enjoy their photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.  Here is a sneak peek of just a FEW of my faves… it was so hard to narrow down!  🙂

Back to Washington DC! | Huntersville, NC Family Photographer

This weekend I was so honored to have a former Washington DC family client invite me back to photograph their beautiful family again.  This family is one I hold near and dear to my heart as their 1st son was the very first newborn I photographed when we relocated to DC  from Birmingham, AL and their family session was my last one before we moved to Charlotte, NC a few year later.  I loved photographing them over the years and was so disappointed that I would not be there to capture their newest addition after learning they were expecting again.  Flash forward to being THRILLED they wanted me to come to town to photograph  their family again near their baby boy’s 1 year milestone.   It was so great to see them again!  At the young age of 4 1/2  S is already so mature and such a wonderful loving big brother.   And baby brother K melted my heart right away with his bright soulful eyes,  chubby cheeks and belly laughs and claps every time we sang the Happy Birthday song!  Ahhhh!!!!   Here is just a sneak peek of some of my favorite shots from the beginning of the session.  Thank you, R family, it was truly a pleasure to photograph your gorgeous family again!  I hope you enjoy your sneak!!!

Sweet Moments | Family Photography | Memories Captured | Lake Noman, NC Child Photographer

I met this beautiful mommy where I workout and teach yoga at Burn Bootcamp in Huntersville, NC.  She is a great workout partner and we always push each other when we are in camp together.  I was beyond thrilled when she asked me about my photography and wanted me to capture her family!  It was great to be back behind the lens in a beautiful setting capturing their bonds.  What an adorable family, it was such a pleasure!  Here is their sneak peek of some of my favorite shots… it was definitely hard to narrow it down!

Triplet Smiles! | Huntersville, NC Child Photographer

My triplet nieces and nephew were here for Thanksgiving and it’s only tradition that I do photos for their family Christmas card each year.  Last year I remember a few tears (well nothing but tears ha ha) from little J but this year he was better rested and his sisters were able to ham it up and get him smiling in no time.  This trio of 3-year-olds are too too TOO cute!
